Khaberni - The Egyptian House of Representatives and Senate firmly condemned the aggressions committed by Iran against Jordan and the Gulf States, calling them a blatant violation of national sovereignty and a direct threat to their security and stability, as well as a serious breach of international law and principles of good neighborliness.
The councils affirmed that these attacks cannot be seen as isolated events, but rather as a serious development that affects the entire Arab security system, posing a real test to the stability of the region. Consequently, Egypt declares its full, unconditional solidarity with its brothers, affirming its standing alongside them in facing these aggressions, based on deep historical ties, extended strategic partnership, and a shared destiny that cannot be divided or compromised.
The councils emphasized that the security of Jordan and the Arab Gulf States is an integral part of Egyptian national security, and that any interference with their sovereignty or stability is a direct touch on Egypt's supreme interests, necessitating a unified Arab stance characterized by clarity and firmness, and rejecting any attempts to impose a reality by force or undermine the stability of states.
They confirmed that Egypt's move was not merely rhetorical or a formal show of solidarity, but an active and direct response led by the Egyptian political leadership along with the leaders of the Gulf States and Jordan, carrying decisive messages that cannot be misinterpreted, indicating that Egypt stands as one with its brothers, and that their security is inseparable from its own national security.
