Khaberni - The Shura Council of the Islamic Action Front party decided in a session held today to recommend to the general assembly to rename the party, within the proposed amendments to its basic system, after obtaining absolute majority approval and authorizing the executive office and the amendments committee to complete the procedures and choose an alternative name, in response to the notification directed from the independent body.
The council confirmed, according to a statement from the Islamic Action Front party, the unity of ranks and the protection and stability of Jordan as a national priority, emphasizing its continued role in defending citizens' rights and strengthening the domestic front, in what it described as a real test of the nation's will and the escalating regional challenges.
