Speaking of Bani Sakhr What did Ahmad AlShars father say about Jordan

Khaberni - Hussein Al-Shar`, the father of the Syrian President Ahmad Al-Shar`, discussed his relationship with Jordan and the period he and his family lived there, as well as the good relations he has with its people.

In television statements, Hussein Al-Shar` said his family lived in Jordan during the 1920s at the time of the Emirate of East Jordan for a period of ten years, where they participated in the "Syrian Revolution" and were welcomed in the Bani Kinanah area and among the Bani Sakhr tribes at Sheikh Haditha Al-Khraisha and Prince Abdullah the First before the monarchy.

He added that his family was generally warmly welcomed by the noble Jordanian tribes, explaining that he lived in Jordan for a long time to the extent that he and his colleagues would leave the university and go with the fedayeen to free Palestine.

Hussein Al-Shar` noted that he knows many Jordanians, some of whom were colleagues or friends and some of whom held ministerial positions such as: "Dr. Ziad Fariz, Dr. Bassam Al-Saket, and Nayef Al-Qadi".

And the father of the Syrian President concluded his remarks saying: "Of course, we wish all the best for Jordan under the care of our King Abdullah, and the Jordanian and Syrian people are one people as this is the Levant "Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine" one land with the same customs and traditions," indicating that he is about to publish a book that talks about the Levantine character of the Levant consisting of the region's countries."
