Khaberni - In a horrifying incident that caused widespread shock in the Turkish street, a 72-year-old elderly man committed a bloody family crime inside his home, after family disputes turned in moments into a harsh human tragedy, leaving behind victims and scenes difficult to comprehend.
According to details reported by Turkish media, the incident occurred inside a residential apartment in Istanbul, where a severe dispute erupted between the man, his 58-year-old wife, and their 37-year-old daughter. As tensions rapidly escalated, the man lost control of his nerves, pulled out a firearm, and shot directly inside the house, in a violent act that instantly ended his wife's life.
The daughter was seriously wounded by the gunfire and was taken to the hospital, where her condition was described as critical, amid intensive medical efforts to save her life, according to Turkish websites.
But the greatest shock was not just in the crime itself, but in the perpetrator's behavior afterward. He left the house calmly without any attempt to flee and headed to a nearby café, where he sat normally and ordered a cup of tea as if nothing had happened, sparking surprise and anger among everyone who learned the details of the incident on social media.
After a short period of sitting in the café, the man called emergency services and reported the crime he had committed himself, requesting the police's presence. Following this, security and ambulance teams arrived at the scene, where the wife's death was confirmed while the daughter was transported for treatment.
The police were able to arrest the perpetrator without resistance, and an official investigation was opened to uncover the circumstances and motives of the incident, amid speculations that the accumulated family disputes were the main reason behind this tragic end.
