Khaberni - Lebanese Finance Minister Yassin Jaber said that the Lebanese delegation held "productive meetings" with the International Monetary Fund in Washington.
Jaber added that recent developments have delayed reaching an agreement on a program with the Fund, emphasizing that the government remains committed to concluding the agreement.
Jaber pointed out that Lebanon intends to resume the reform process "quickly" as soon as conditions improve and Parliament is able to form its committees, noting that work is ongoing with the World Bank to conduct a swift assessment of the damages.
