Jordanian Army The Kingdoms skies have not witnessed any targeting attempts since yesterday

Khaberni - The Jordanian Armed Forces- the Arab Army announced on Tuesday that they had not dealt with any missiles or drones targeting Jordanian territory in the last 24 hours.

The Military Media Directorate in a joint statement with the Public Security Directorate said that the territory and skies of the kingdom had not witnessed any targeting attempts since yesterday.

It was explained that the sounds of explosions in the sky and the fall of some debris or projectiles in border areas within the kingdom were due to interceptions originating from the west of the kingdom’s borders.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate confirmed that the specialized staff and the concerned teams in the Armed Forces and Public Security had dealt with debris during the last 24 hours.

It was noted that the Public Security Directorate dealt with 8 reports of incidents involving falling debris or projectiles, resulting in an injury in the Aqaba governorate, where the injured received necessary treatment on site and is in good overall condition.

Some minor material damages also occurred in the governorates of Aqaba and Al-Karak, according to the spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate.
