Khaberni - The Jordanian Armed Forces - The Arab Army announced today, Monday, that Iran targeted the Kingdom's territory within the last 24 hours.
The Military Media Directorate in the Jordanian Armed Forces said that the Royal Air Force intercepted two drones, while the defenses failed to intercept an Iranian missile and a third drone.
The Military Media Directorate clarified that the missile and the drone fell inside the Kingdom’s territory.
On his part, the public security directorate spokesman announced that the concerned units dealt with 9 reports of various incidents within the last 24 hours.
He mentioned that there were two injuries of moderate condition and material damages as a result of these incidents, noting that one of the injured was transported to the hospital for treatment while the other received first aid on site and is in good condition.
The spokesperson also renewed warnings against gathering, approaching, or tampering with any suspicious object or debris due to its danger, stressing the necessity to abide by the advice and instructions that have been issued through official entities.
He called on everyone to immediately report any suspicious objects to security forces via the emergency number 911, emphasizing the importance of following instructions and relying on information issued from official sources, and not to circulate rumors and misleading news.
