Khaberni - Deputy Hamza Tubassi confirmed on Monday that he is still a member of the Labor Party and is committed to its program, emphasizing that what was raised about his dismissal is not based on a definitive administrative decision.
Tubassi said that the decision of dismissal or its subject needs a definitive administrative decision, explaining that what was issued against him was a decision from the party court, and he has appealed it before the administrative court, thus it has not gained definitive status.
He added that not gaining definitive status means the continuation of his membership in the party and his commitment to its program, confirming that he has taken the constitutional oath as a deputy in the House of Representatives, and represents the Jordanian people fully.
Tubassi pointed out that the statements made regarding his dismissal do not change the legal reality in any way, reaffirming that he is not dismissed from the party, and that he is continuing his parliamentary role according to the constitution.
