Khaberni - The Cabinet decided in its session held on Tuesday in Karak Governorate, to proceed with the implementation of a new package of rainwater drainage projects for municipalities.
Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan had previously directed in a Cabinet session to take immediate and rapid measures to repair the infrastructure damaged due to the floods witnessed in many areas of the kingdom, especially in southern regions. He also directed the Ministry of Finance to allocate an amount of 10 million dinars from the emergency expenditure item to improve the infrastructure in the governorates, especially those affected by the weather conditions and heavy rainfall.
