Khaberni - The Peace Council page, led by U.S. President Donald Trump, posted a welcome regarding the joining of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a founding member of the organization.
The page described the Peace Council as a growing international organization.
Additionally, the Council's page on the social networking site X published welcoming posts for the founding members who witnessed the signing of the council's charter in Davos last week.
Last Thursday, Jordan was represented by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi during the launch ceremony of the Peace Council by President Donald Trump at the international economic conference in Davos.
Prior to the launch ceremony, Jordan had announced its acceptance of President Trump's invitation to His Majesty King Abdullah II to join the Council.
