Khaberni - Today, Wednesday, US President Donald Trump criticized the European Union, considering that Europe is not moving in the right direction but is destroying itself.
He added in his speech at the Davos economic forum that America cares about the peoples of Europe, and that it believes in the bonds that unite us with Europeans.
He continued by expressing his desire for a strong, united West, as well as wanting Europe as an ally.
The real highlight, the American president emphasized that he wants to buy the island of Greenland, not lease it.
Trump saw that no NATO member state except America can defend Greenland.
He also stressed that all NATO countries must be capable of defending themselves, noting that all he is asking from the alliance is to acquire Greenland to defend it.
He announced his respect for the people of Denmark and Greenland, expressing his desire to negotiate the purchase of the island.
He also noted that he does not need Greenland's rare minerals but needs the island for American national security.
He stated that Greenland is strategically located between America, Russia, and China, and that Americans were foolish when they left it to Denmark, yet he reassured that he would not use force to take control of it.
He also confirmed that America faces much greater risks than before, and that it once maintained Greenland and managed to protect it from enemies, in his words.
Trump elaborated: “We fought for Denmark to preserve Greenland”.
Trump clarified that all he asks for is a cold piece of ice called Greenland to protect global security, promising to build the greatest golden dome ever on the island.
