Khaberni - Minister of Finance Abdul Hakeem Al-Shibli issued the financial order for the fiscal year 2026 for ministries, departments and government units.
According to the financial order, which "Al Mamlaka" viewed, the Minister of Finance emphasized the provision of Article (4/A) of the General Budget Law for the fiscal year 2026, which states that "expenditure shall be made from the allocations earmarked for government departments based on general and/or special financial orders and by means of monthly financial transfers certified by the General Director of the Public Budget Department".
The Minister of Finance stressed the provision of Article (15/A), which states that "expenditure from the allocations earmarked for government units shall be based on general and/or special financial orders".
The Royal Decree was issued on December 21 last year, approving the General Budget Law for the fiscal year 2026, according to the official gazette.
