Khaberni - Heavy rains continue to fall across various provinces of the kingdom, where the country is affected by a cold and cloudy weather condition. It is expected that temperatures will drop slightly on Tuesday, with the weather remaining cold and cloudy, and rains falling intermittently in most areas. The rains may be heavy in some areas for short periods, accompanied by thunder and hail.
The Meteorological Administration has reported that the rains will weaken in the evening hours, while fog is especially expected to form in the mountainous highlands and the plains. Forecasts indicate an increase in the activity of the westerly to northwesterly winds, where their speed will be moderate and sometimes brisk.
A further slight decrease in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, with continued foggy and cold weather, and the sky partly to mostly cloudy in most areas. Showers are expected to fall in the southern kingdom and limited parts of the central regions, where the rains in the south of the kingdom may sometimes be heavy, accompanied by thunder and hail. It is also possible that the early morning hours will see showers mixed with snow on the high southern mountain peaks exceeding 1600 meters in height. The winds will be northwesterly moderate in speed, occasionally brisk and with the evening and night hours, the chance of rain will gradually decrease.
On Thursday and Friday, the weather is expected to remain cold in most areas, and pleasant in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some clouds will appear at high elevations, while the winds will be northwesterly moderate in speed.
