Khaberni - The Jordanian Mihbash decorated the halls of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) museum in Rome, according to the agricultural attaché at the Jordanian Embassy, Dr. Ibtehal Al-Khraisha.
Dr. Al-Khraisha stated that the Rowaq Al-Badia Cultural Association gifted the Mihbash to the FAO, which then placed it in the halls of its museum as an archaeological artistic piece that tells the history of Jordanian hospitality and generosity.
Dr. Al-Khraisha added to the Jordanian News Agency (Petra) that the presence of the Jordanian Mihbash in the FAO museum symbolizes and signifies the high global status that Jordan enjoys, thanks to the triumphant leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, pointing out that the Jordanian Mihbash narrates the story of the Jordanian folk heritage in hospitality, in which Arab coffee is a prominent feature of this authentic Jordanian generosity.
Dr. Al-Khraisha explained that the method of making authentic Jordanian coffee using the Mihbash has many unique traditions, starting with the preparation process, which is accompanied by music emanating from the sound of grinding coffee in the Mihbash, known for its unique taste.
She pointed out that the presence of the Jordanian Mihbash in the FAO museum symbolizes Jordan's global status in the agricultural sector and the significant development of Jordanian agricultural products, which are now present in most global markets.
