Case Details
According to the court's decision, which is subject to appeal, the male defendant met the female defendant while she was working as a secretary in a clinic. During that period, he offered her the opportunity to forge a university degree in her name for the purpose of traveling and working abroad.
The female defendant agreed and provided him with a copy of her personal ID to verify the information on the forged diploma.
The male defendant proceeded to forge a bachelor's degree in nursing with a very good grade for the academic year 2019/2020, stamping it with counterfeit seals that outwardly appeared to be from the university, authenticated in both Arabic and English.
The male defendant's actions did not stop at the university degree. He also fabricated a training diploma attributed to a university consulting and training center, a professional nursing practice certificate outwardly from the nurses' union, another training diploma from a private hospital, and a union membership card for the female defendant in the nurses' union.
Technical expertise confirmed that all these papers and certificates were completely forged and fabricated using color photocopier technologies, which led to the arrest of the defendants and the formation of the case.
