Khaberni - A source familiar with the Ministry of Finance mentioned that complaints have started to leak from several employees of the Land and Survey Department, related to the competition for appointing heads of departments.
The source said that several directors will submit a memorandum to the minister emphasizing the necessity to apply the circular issued by the acting general director of the Land Department regarding the principles and conditions of competition for the department's divisions.
The source mentioned that the general director issued a circular on the 11th of this month, which contains clear and solid principles, followed by another circular the next day, requesting amendment of the principles from the Civil Service and Administration Authority, which caused concerns among the employees.
The source confirmed that if regulations and instructions are overlooked, several directors at the Land Department will raise a memorandum containing clarifications and present it to the relevant authorities.
