Khaberni - Aqaba Transport and Logistics Company recorded an unprecedented number in passenger transport services, reaching 197,418 users in November 2025, representing the highest monthly number in the company’s history since its establishment, reflecting a rapid growth in the demand for public transport services within the city of Aqaba.

This figure represents a significant increase compared to October of the same year, with an increase of 20,694 passengers, and November marked a substantial growth, with an increase of 61,651 passengers compared to the same month in the previous year 2024, raising the growth rate to 45%.
Operational records show that November witnessed a noticeable leap compared to previous years, with numbers rising from about 143,000 passengers in 2023 to 135,000 in 2024, culminating in the record figure for the current year 2025.

Meanwhile, the total number of passengers from the beginning of the year until the end of November amounted to 1,326,467 passengers, which puts the company on a clear path to achieving its goal of reaching 1.5 million passengers by the end of 2025 based on the current growth trend.

The CEO of Aqaba Transport and Logistics Services, Khaled Morsi Abu Abdullah, stated that recording this record number in passenger count marks an important milestone in the development path led by the company, confirming that the success of the operational plans adopted by the company this year which focused on enhancing the regularity of trips and raising technical readiness and improving service quality has reflected on user confidence and expanded the beneficiary base of public transport services within the city of Aqaba.

Abu Abdullah added that the achievement would not have been recorded without the ongoing efforts of the company's staff at various levels, noting that these staff, through organized daily work, have been able to ensure the fluidity of operational movement and enhance the efficiency of the services provided to users. He also emphasized that the existing cooperation with the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority provided the supportive framework that helped the company execute its development plans and expand its operational capabilities according to the highest professional standards.

Abu Abdullah confirmed that Aqaba Transport's ambition is to reach 1.5 million passengers by the end of the current year 2025, relying on a continuous development system that prioritizes service quality and operational efficiency, further enhancing Aqaba’s status as a national model for public transport.
