Last evening in his home in Amman, former minister Nidal Al-Batayneh hosted a dinner to honor the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ahmed Al-Safadi, recognizing his efforts during his tenure as head of the council. The event was attended by the President of the Senate, Faisal Al-Fayez, and former Prime Ministers, including Abdelraouf Al-Rawabdeh, Nader Al-Dhahabi, and His Excellencies Walid Al-Masri, Taysir Al-Naimi, Mustafa Al-Rawashdeh, Haifa Al-Najjar, Nidal Al-Qatamin, Mahmoud Al-Sheyab, Khawla Al-Armouti, Saad Jaber, and Yassin Al-Hasban, along with a number of officials. Al-Batayneh welcomed the attendees, stating that we should honor not only those who assume office but also those who leave, adding that MP Al-Safadi had led the council and exerted his utmost during a critical period. The invitation also included watching a friendly and brotherly match of Al-Nashama team against the brotherly UAE national team.
