Khaberni - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Wednesday that ending the war ongoing for more than three and a half years with Russia requires that the American leadership remain effective.
Zelensky wrote on Telegram after his talks in Ankara with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, "The fundamental factor in stopping the bloodshed and achieving lasting peace is to coordinate with all our partners and for the American leadership to remain effective and strong."
He said that the United States and President Donald Trump alone "have the sufficient power to stop the war definitively."
He added that Erdoğan proposed various formats for the negotiations "and it is important for us that Turkey is prepared to provide the necessary environment for this."
