Khaberni - In accordance with the established humanitarian approach set by the Hashemite leadership, the Royal Hashemite Court responded in less than 24 hours to the plea of citizen Wasfi Freihat, a national worker in the municipality of Kufranja and a father of seven children, to secure the necessary treatment for his injured foot, after he expressed his suffering and inability to afford the treatment costs in a recorded video.
Wasfi's plea, which was broadcast on social media, quickly found resonance in the Royal Hashemite Court, the house closest to the citizens’ pulse and their sentiments.
Wasfi describes the moment he received the phone call from the Royal Hashemite Court on Wednesday evening as a turning point between pain and hope, unable to hold back his tears upon hearing the employee inform him that he would be hosted in the Royal Hashemite Court the next day.
The next morning, Wasfi entered the Royal Hashemite Court with tears still in his eyes, but as soon as he reached the main entrance, he was warmly welcomed by the chief of the court, Yusuf Hassan Al-Essawi, who reassured him with the clear directives of His Majesty, "The dignity of the Jordanian is above all else."
Then, the features of sadness shifted to a smile, and joy appeared on his face as a father who finally felt his voice had been heard, saying emotionally "You did not disappoint us, may God bless our Lord and prolong his life."
The Royal Medical Services were contacted, and they were informed to secure the necessary treatment for him at the expense of the Royal Hashemite Court, where he was immediately transported to the Hussein Medical City to receive the needed medical care.
This situation restored hope in the heart of a father exhausted by pain and reaffirmed anew that the Hashemite approach is not merely a motto but an active practice reflected through generosity, mercy, and responsibility, and that the Royal Hashemite Court will remain as His Majesty intended, the home of all Jordanians, always open to anyone in need or appeal.
