Khaberni - On the occasion of World Teacher's Day, Captain Zuhair Mohammed Al-Khashman, the head of the Middle Parties Union Bloc, confirmed that this day is not just a ceremonial occasion, but a constant reminder that nations and civilizations are not built with weapons, but by those who plant light in minds, and instill in generations the love of homeland and knowledge.
Al-Khashman said, "In Jordan, the teacher has been and will remain synonymous with the nation itself; they teach patience as well as letters, and instill belonging as they instill knowledge."
He added: "A tribute to every teacher in this world, and to every Jordanian who has made education a mission of life, and letters and words an honor and a security for the future."
Al-Khashman concluded his speech by affirming that the Jordanian teacher will remain a pillar of renaissance and a foundation of development, and that true investment in Jordan begins with supporting and empowering the teacher, because "from letters civilizations begin, and from knowledge nations are built."
