Khaberni - The royal decree was issued approving the Cabinet decision number (4993) dated 9/8/2025, which includes the approval of the following:
First: - The appointment of His Eminence Archimandrite Melatios Khalil Ibrahim Basal as the president of the Ecclesiastical Court of First Instance in Jerusalem.
Second: - The appointment of His Eminence Archimandrite Christophoros Adi Youssef Salim Haddad as the president of the Ecclesiastical Court of First Instance in Amman.
Third: - The following are appointed as members of the Ecclesiastical Court of First Instance in Amman:
- His Eminence Archimandrite Silwanos Mohannad Issa Salem Hanouna.
- His Eminence Archimandrite Eftimios Khalil Musa Khalil Fwadleh
- His Eminence Economos Romanos Raed Nayef Salem Al-Samawi
- His Eminence Father Zakaria Milad Elias Khalil Rizq
- His Eminence Father Arsenios Jeries Aqil Salim Al-Makhamreh.
All according to the provisions of Article (3/b) of the Law on the Christian Community Councils number (28) for the year 2014.
