Tell me - Mumbai police arrested a young man and a woman after they attempted to sneak into Bollywood star Salman Khan's residence in the Bandra district this week, in two separate incidents that occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The police reported that the young man, Jitendra Kumar Singh (23 years old), was spotted on Tuesday morning wandering near Khan's apartment at 9:45 AM, before being asked by a security guard to leave, after which he angrily smashed his mobile phone.
On the same evening, Singh managed to enter the building by following a resident's car, but the police apprehended him again and handed him over to Bandra police station.
During the investigations, the accused stated that he tried to meet Salman Khan in person.
In the early hours of the following day, Esha Chopra (32 years old), also tried to sneak into the building and managed to reach the elevator of the apartment before being stopped.
The police confirmed that the accused were arrested, and cases of "trespassing" were opened against them, indicating that the investigations are still ongoing.
