Khaberni - Musician Ahmed Abu Zahra, the son of the esteemed Egyptian artist Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra, disclosed the latest updates on his father’s health condition, following news of his transfer to a new specialized hospital, after the Ministry of Health and Population responded to the family’s request.
Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra, in exclusive statements to "Erem News", stated that the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, led by Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, responded immediately to the family's request to transfer his father to a hospital specialized in lung diseases, noting that this was indeed done a few days ago, according to him.
He pointed out that the main reason for requesting the transfer was not due to shortcomings of the previous hospital, but due to placing the artist in a shared intensive care unit with other cases, which led to repeated visits by the other patients' relatives, which the family considered a violation of the artist's health privacy, as he expressed.
He added that the previous hospital spared no effort in providing medical care, but the absence of individual intensive care rooms prompted the family to appeal to the relevant authorities to transfer him to a facility that provides him with a private room, ensuring a higher degree of privacy and tranquility, in hopes of improving and stabilizing his health condition.
Regarding the developments of his health condition, Ahmed denied rumors that his father had fallen into a coma, confirming that he never lost consciousness at all, but is aware of his surroundings and is able to open his eyes, although he is currently unable to speak, calling for his fans to pray for his swift recovery.
It is worth mentioning that the artist Abdel Rahman Abu Zahra was transferred to the hospital on the second day of Eid al-Fitr, following a deterioration in his health condition, undisclosed by the family at the time, before recently revealing it to preserve his privacy.
