Khaberni - In the framework of the continuous efforts to develop research skills among postgraduate students, and with the aim of enhancing supervisory practices in educating and guiding students towards mastering robust academic writing skills and preparing research theses characterized by methodological depth, the graduate and business studies colleges organized a specialized scientific workshop titled "Advanced Writing Strategies in Writing University Dissertations: PEEL Framework for Previous Literature and the Research Onion for Scientific Research Methodology".
The workshop was presented by Dr. Sa'ida Al-Sayyed, Dean of the Graduate Studies College via the "Platform of Excellence", attended by the Dean of the Business College, Professor Dr. Mu'adh Shabita, and a group of faculty members from various departments of the college.
The workshop focused on how to employ the PEEL framework in formulating previous literature in an analytical style, in addition to using the "Research Onion" model to adjust and establish the scientific methodology, enhanced by presenting a specialized practical example in the business sector to link the theoretical aspect with practical application.
This initiative comes in line with modern academic developments and meeting the standards of international publishing in prestigious scientific journals, ensuring the elevation of research outputs of students and their global competitiveness.
