Student Ann from Arab Amman University concludes her participation in the Nashama program for preparing young leaders with 80

Khaberni - In the context of Arab Amman University's commitment to supporting outstanding students and enabling them to engage in quality national programs, student Ann Eyad Zaydan from the College of Information Technology - Cybersecurity major, concluded her participation in the third cohort in the "Nashama" program for preparing young leaders, launched by the Jordanian Ministry of Youth to qualify young leaders and enhance their capabilities, through a nomination from the Dean of Student Affairs to represent the university in the national program, in a step that reflects Arab Amman University's commitment to providing quality opportunities that contribute to the development of its students' leadership and personal skills.

Student Ann participated in a comprehensive training program that included four main stages: self-leadership and effective communication, strategic planning and future foresight, in addition to project management and designing and building youth initiatives. The program distinguished itself with its practical nature, which included real-life experiences that contributed to enhancing her leadership readiness and developing her capabilities in various areas.

In this regard, Dr. Mohamed Bin Tarif, Dean of Student Affairs at Arab Amman University, emphasized that this participation constituted a rich experience that materially reflected on developing the student's leadership personality, and honing her skills in communication, time management, planning, and teamwork. He pointed out that such programs contribute to broadening students' horizons and enhancing their capacity to launch academic and community initiatives with awareness and responsibility, praising Ann's distinction and her selection to represent the university, and confirming the continuation of the dean's office in nominating and supporting students to participate in national initiatives that enhance their leadership skills and provide them with quality developmental opportunities.

The program concluded with specialized evaluation tests, which the student passed successfully, to obtain an official certificate from the Youth Leadership Development Center in the Ministry of Youth, documenting her completion of (80) training hours within the national project for preparing young leaders. This achievement comes within the framework of Arab Amman University's vision aimed at empowering its students and enhancing their participation in targeted national programs, which contributes to polishing their leadership personalities and developing their practical skills, and raising their readiness to engage in the labor market efficiently. It also reflects the university's keenness on building an aware and capable generation to innovate and initiate, and enhancing their sense of responsibility and belonging, supporting their active contribution to the journey of sustainable development and community service, aligning with the national directions in preparing qualified young leaders capable of facing future challenges.
