Khaberni - In the context of Amman Arab University's strategic vision aimed at aligning educational outcomes with labor market requirements and enhancing concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship, Amman Arab University, represented by the Business College and in collaboration with the Dean of Student Affairs, organized a field scientific visit for students specializing in Human Resource Management, within the courses "Human Resource Planning" and "Organizational Behavior," to Jordan Gaming Lab at the King Hussein Business Park, with the goal of enabling students to observe advanced practical models of innovative work environments, and to understand the mechanisms for developing entrepreneurial projects in the gaming and technology industry sector, enhancing their practical abilities, and contributing to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
The academic delegation supervising the visit included: Dr. Mutaib Al-Shibli, Head of the Unit for Linking with the Labor Market and faculty member at the Business College, Dr. Nidal Al-Qudah, faculty member at the Business College, and Mr. Moaz Al-Sharman from the Dean of Student Affairs at the University, where a comprehensive explanation about the creative work environment and mechanisms for incubating entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into executable projects was provided during the visit.
The visit focused on motivating students specializing in Human Resource Management to employ their organizational and leadership skills in supporting innovative work environments, and enabling them to actively contribute to the development of sustainable entrepreneurial projects, in line with the requirements of the knowledge economy and the fast-paced labor market.
