Khaberni - Oil prices rose at the start of Asian transactions on Monday after peace talks between Iran and the United States faltered, while the passage through the Strait of Hormuz remained limited, keeping global oil supplies tight.
Brent crude futures increased by 2.22 dollars or 2.11% to 107.55 dollars a barrel by 2202 GMT.
West Texas Intermediate crude rose by 2.02 dollars or 2.14% to 96.42 dollars per barrel.
