Khaberni - The Jordanian Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies and Companies condemns the statements issued by unlicensed entities under the umbrella of the tourism sector or the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities or tourism professions, due to the confusion and conflict of information, and stresses the necessity of sourcing news from its official and approved sources.
The Association also confirms that it is the sole representative and the legitimate umbrella for the sector of travel and tourism agencies in the kingdom, and emphasizes the importance of unity and rallying around the elected board of directors, as it is the body authorized to represent the interests of the sector and speak on its behalf.
The Association urges all entities not to endorse or circulate any statements issued from unofficial or unlicensed sources, due to the negative impact this may have on the reputation and organization of the sector.
The Association also confirms that the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities is working with the highest degrees of partnership and coordination with the Association, and decisions related to the sector and current challenges will be issued soon, with you being informed promptly through official channels.
