Kuwait Suspends Commercial Flights from India

Khaberni  - The Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation has suspended all direct commercial flights from India starting from April 24 until further notice.

This measure was taken following the instructions of the health authorities after assessing the global situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Kuwaiti administration mentioned in a statement on Twitter in the early hours of Saturday that entry will be denied to all passengers arriving from India directly or through other countries unless they have stayed outside India for at least 14 days.

The statement added that entry will be allowed for Kuwaiti citizens, their first-degree relatives, and domestic workers, while the ban does not include cargo flights.
