Khaberni - As part of Amman Arab University's commitment to enhancing scientific knowledge and developing its students' skills, and within its efforts to host specialization skills and experiences, the College of Sharia hosted graduate Khadija Yahya in a lecture titled "Tools of Sharia Science", where she discussed the importance of having scientific skills, keeping abreast of rapid digital transformations, emphasizing the need to grasp the principles of jurisprudence and religion, accurately applying Sharia rulings to contemporary reality through rigorous scientific research and dealing with accredited sources and references, utilizing modern technologies and specialist experiences, fully committed to scientific integrity, she also mentioned that the lack of scientific and methodological tools might negatively affect the accuracy of understanding and deducing Sharia rulings from their original sources.
During the lecture, Khadija covered aspects of her academic and practical journey, characterized by determination and challenge, emphasizing that willpower is the key driver for achieving success and overcoming difficulties,, she spoke about significant milestones in her life that began after the death of her husband, where she faced difficult living conditions, yet managed to turn challenges into a motivator for building a better future for herself and her children, while balancing her family responsibilities and her community mission,,Khadija's contributions were not limited to the personal aspect, but also included institutional volunteer work, where her efforts culminated in the establishment of "The Love Artery Association", serving as a beacon of good and a haven for the needy, embodying the highest ideals of social responsibility,,and on the academic front, Khadija earned a bachelor's degree in jurisprudence and its principles from Amman Arab University, also successfully met the requirements for practicing the profession of Sharia law, and continues her journey currently in pursuing higher studies.
At the conclusion of the lecture, the graduate Khadija expressed her gratitude to Amman Arab University and the College of Sharia, represented by its dean Dr. Kifah Al-Souri and the faculty members, praising the university's role in supporting students and graduates, and affirming the importance of women's role in supporting charitable work and spreading knowledge, particularly in the field of Sharia sciences.
