Khaberni - The House of Representatives discusses in its twenty-third session, on Monday, a number of issues and legislations listed on its agenda.
The agenda includes the Legal Committee's decision regarding the draft law amending the Civil Status Law for the year 2026.
The Council will also discuss the letter from the president of the Senate Council number (444) which includes the draft law amending the Insurance Contracts Law for the year 2025, returned by the Senate.
The Education and Teaching Committee explores the ministry's readiness for the general secondary examination, and discusses the possibility of lightening some subjects, in addition to examining the impact of the pass and fail system on medical graduates during the Coronavirus pandemic.
After the session, the Joint Committee (Legal, Public Services, and Transport) will meet to discuss the draft law amending the Traffic Law for the year 2026, while the Energy and Mineral Resources Committee will discuss the draft law ratifying an agreement related to the evaluation, development, and exploitation of copper and associated minerals in the Abu Khashiba area.
