Khaberni - The session of the House of Representatives witnessed a controversy after statements by MP Hussein Al Amoush about the removal of a roundabout in the Shafa Badran area, where he proposed naming the traffic light "Al Khazouq" at the site.
For his part, MP Ahmad Al Raqab rejected this naming, asserting that the official name is the Applied Science University roundabout, and that the popularly circulated name is not acceptable.
At the end of the discussion, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mazen Al Qadi, proposed to strike off the name from the session's record, which was agreed upon by the deputies.
