Khaberni - Yarmouk Water Company announced on Sunday a temporary suspension of water pumping in areas in Jerash governorate.
Marwan Al-Ayasra, Director of Jerash Water Administration, said that water pumping from the wells and Faisal Nursery Station in Jerash governorate will be suspended for 48 hours, starting from this Sunday until the morning of the coming Tuesday.
Al-Ayasra explained that the water pumping suspension is due to maintenance work and preparations for summer, and the affected areas include Mastaba, Mursa, Jabba, and Jerash Qasabah districts. He pointed out that the pumping operation will resume to those areas immediately after the maintenance works are completed.
