For this purpose, the electronic signature will be adopted at the notary in the sale and purchase transactions of vehicles; which allows the completion of the sale process without the physical presence before the notary, through the authorization of electronic communication means, visual and audio communication means, and the electronic signature, in the notary transactions conducted by officers and non-commissioned officers working in the Licensing Administration.
