Deputy Tubasi Wins His Case Against the Labour Party

Khaberni  -  Deputy Hamza Tubasi won his case in court against the Labour Party.

Deputy Tubasi affirmed that he is still a member of the Labour Party and committed to its program, emphasizing that the claims about his dismissal are not based on a definitive administrative decision.

Tubasi said that the decision to dismiss or the matter thereof requires a definitive administrative decision, clarifying that what was issued against him was a decision from the party court, and he appealed it before the Administrative Court, thus it has not gained a definitive degree.

He added that the decision not gaining a definitive degree means the continuity of his membership in the party and his commitment to its program. He asserted that he swore the constitutional oath as a deputy in the Parliament and represents the Jordanian people completely.

Tubasi pointed out that the statements issued about his dismissal do not change the legal reality at all, reaffirming that he is not dismissed from the party, and that he is continuing in his parliamentary role in accordance with the constitution.

Deputy Tubasi took the constitutional oath as a member of the twentieth Parliament, based on the provisions of Article (80) of the Constitution.

The President of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission, Musa Al-Maaytah, informed the Parliament that Hamza Hani Tubasi will be the new deputy in the council, following the vacancy of Deputy Mohammad Al-Jarrah's seat, due to a ruling from the Supreme Administrative Court, and Tubasi is the candidate who follows Al-Jarrah from the same category and list.

Tubasi said during his speech that the involvement of youth in parties and political life is not an optional alternative, but a national necessity imposed by the nature of the stage, as the youth represent a renewable energy capable of renewing political thought, and participating in shaping public policies.

He added: "We will not look back, nor will we be affected by any interference or defamation, as the truth of work is the mirror that reflects what is in the hearts."
