Khaberni - CBS reported that more than 370 American servicemen were injured during the war waged by the United States against Iran since February 28.
The news channel quoted the U.S. Central Command: "As of Monday, April 6, 373 U.S. soldiers have been injured in the operation against Iran."
It added: "About 330 of them have returned to service, and five of them are considered to have serious injuries."
Previously, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard claimed that more than 680 American and Israeli servicemen had been killed or injured in the conflict.
In the latest exchange of claims between Iran and the United States regarding casualty numbers and the extent of damage each side inflicts on the other, the U.S. Central Command "CENTCOM" denied Iranian claims that the American amphibious assault ship "USS Tripoli" was targeted by a missile, confirming that the ship was not attacked.
