Khaberni - Mohsen Rezaei, the military advisor to the Iranian Supreme Leader, said that the Iranian "crushing" strikes constituted "dark days for America" and forced generals and states and governments to urge Washington to withdraw.
Rezaei wrote on the platform "X": "The crushing Iranian strikes, which constituted dark days for America, forced American generals and states and governments around the world to urge the United States to withdraw from the war, but Netanyahu forced Trump into political suicide."
He added: "With every dangerous step Washington takes, the United States will burn in an even greater hell in the region."
This statement comes at a time when the American-Israeli war on Iran continues for the thirty-ninth consecutive day, with ongoing exchanges of missile strikes and drones, amid mutual threats and escalating rhetoric between the two sides.
Iran had earlier announced its readiness to continue the war, while calls to de-escalate are increasing.
