Greater Mafraq Municipality Measures to Control Spending and Rationalize Consumption

Khaberni - The Greater Mafraq Municipality has begun implementing a set of measures aimed at controlling public spending and rationalizing resource consumption, based on a directive from the Prime Minister and in line with current circumstances.

The head of the Greater Mafraq Municipality committee, Mohammad Al-Fayez, issued a circular mandating all directorates, departments, and affiliated areas to implement the decisions issued by the Prime Minister's office, emphasizing the necessity of full compliance.

Al-Fayez stressed the control over the use of vehicles so that they are used only for official purposes and not outside official working hours, ensuring they are parked overnight at the Transport and Labor Directorate, along with banning the use of air conditioning and heating devices as part of a comprehensive plan to reduce the energy bill and rationalize consumption within municipal facilities.
