Christ has no preference over Genghis Khan Netanyahu invokes the philosophy of evil to justify his wars

Khaberni - In comments that sparked a wave of international disdain, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shocked the public by openly adopting the philosophy of "survival of the fittest" at the expense of ethical values.

During a televised speech, Netanyahu cited a quote from a historian claiming that "Christ has no preference over Genghis Khan," a reference observers considered an explicit justification for policies of power and a complete sidelining of the principles of justice and moderation.

Netanyahu said, "In this world, it is not enough to be moral, not enough to be just, and not enough to be right."

His statements come at a time when Israel is facing international isolation and global public outrage due to its practices and violations in the Middle East, starting from the genocide in Gaza and crimes in the West Bank to waging wars on Iran and Lebanon.

The precedence of power over ethics
Netanyahu based his argument on the writings of historian "Will Durant," expressing great admiration for his works, especially the book "The Lessons of History."

He quoted from Durant saying that "history proves that Christ has no preference over Genghis Khan," suggesting that power, influence, and the ability to be "cruel" are factors that allow evil to triumph over good, and aggression to defeat moderation.

He went on to say, "If you look at the world as it is today, you must be blind not to see that democracies led by the United States must reimpose their will to defend themselves."

Genghis Khan was a leader and founder of the Mongol Empire, considered one of the most famous military leaders in history, and his name is associated with widespread destruction and violence in wars.
