Khaberni - Today, the UAE Ministry of Defense announced that the air defenses detected 16 Iranian ballistic missiles, destroying 15 of them, while one missile fell into the sea. They also detected 121 drones, intercepting 119 of them, and two drones fell on the state’s territory.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the ministry stated in a release that since the start of the Iranian assault, 221 ballistic missiles have been detected, of which 205 were destroyed, 14 fell into the sea, and two hit the UAE territory. Also, 1305 drones have been tracked, with 1229 of them being intercepted, and 76 drones fell inside the state, in addition to the destruction of 8 cruise missiles.
The agency reported that the attacks resulted in the deaths of three individuals from Pakistani, Nepalese, and Bangladeshi nationalities, and injuries to 112 others with minor wounds from various nationalities including Emirati, Egyptian, Ethiopian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Iranian, Indian, Sri Lankan, Azerbaijani, Yemeni, Ugandan, Eritrean, Lebanese, Afghan, Bahraini, Comoros Islands, and Turkish.
