Khaberni - The head of the Parliamentary Initiative Bloc, MP Ahmad Al-Homsiat, asked questions to Prime Minister Jafar Hassan about the reasons for the Social Security Corporation’s engagement in potato farming and whether it constitutes competition for Jordanian farmers.
Al-Homsiat also requested a copy of the report, to know the losses and profits achieved by the Corporation from potato farming in the south.
He inquired about the ownership of the cultivated lands and the sources of the seeds that were planted, as well as the mechanism for granting water wells.
