The Telegraph Trump will be ready to strike Iran by Saturday

Khaberni - The British newspaper The Telegraph reported on Thursday that the United States will be ready to start a war against Iran by the end of the week, according to what Donald Trump was informed.

Reports indicated that defense officials briefed Trump that the significant reinforcement of the US air and naval forces will reach the required level to begin air strikes by the end of the week.

This follows the deployment of about 50 additional fighter jets, alongside air refueling aircraft and others, towards the Middle East this week.

It is also expected that the second strike carrier group, "USS Gerald R. Ford," will reach the eastern Mediterranean within days.

Trump has warned Iran of "bad things happening" unless an agreement is reached on its nuclear program, setting a ten-day deadline before the United States takes any action.

In the midst of a massive US military buildup in the Middle East that has fueled fears of a broader conflict, Trump said that negotiations with Iran are going well, but emphasized the need to reach a "serious" agreement with Tehran.

Trump, who has repeatedly threatened to attack Iran, said at the first meeting of the Peace Council formed in Washington, "Bad things will happen unless they do that."

Trump spoke about the US airstrikes carried out in June, saying the Iranian nuclear capabilities were "destroyed," adding "we might need to take another step, or maybe not."

He added, "You will probably know this within the next ten days," but did not elaborate further.
