Khaberni - The activities of the Jordanian American community in New Jersey and New York have been launched, after completing the registration procedures as a non-profit association on July 23, 2025, to be a comprehensive framework that strengthens the ties between Jordanians in the United States and their beloved homeland, Jordan.
This step is taken with the belief in the importance of organized institutional work in serving the community members, establishing the values of cooperation and solidarity, and building a cohesive community proud of its national identity and belonging to its homeland, while also contributing effectively and positively to the American society.
The community aims to enhance the social and cultural ties among members of the Jordanian American community, preserve the Jordanian cultural heritage and pass it on to future generations, in addition to empowering youth and supporting their potentials, and encouraging community initiatives that serve the public good.
The community also strives to build bridges of cooperation and communication with various institutions in the American society, reflecting the civilized image of Jordanians and enhancing their role as active partners in the development and community work journey. At the same time, the community emphasizes the importance of continuing communication with the homeland and strengthening the bonds of belonging and connection with Jordan, its leadership, and people.
The launch of the Jordanian American community in New Jersey and New York marks an important milestone in the journey of Jordanian community work in the United States, and a promising step towards a future based on cooperation, unity, and serving the community members, in a way that meets their aspirations and preserves their national identity.
