The "Independent Electoral Commission," through its spokesperson Mohammad Khair Al-Rawashdeh, confirmed that upon official notification of a vacant parliamentary seat, according to the provisions of the Constitution and the laws of elections and parties, it will officially announce the name of the deputy who will replace the dismissed deputy.
Based on the provisions of the laws of elections and parties and the law of the electoral commission, and since the vacant seat is reserved for the youth category, the one who will replace Al-Jarrah is the young candidate from the same list that was nominated from the same party.
