Khaberni - The Supreme Administrative Court has issued a decision to expel the party deputy Mohammed Al-Jarrah from the Labour Party, and consequently, the deputy loses his membership in the House of Representatives according to the party and election laws, considering that the parliamentary seat belongs to the party.
The decision of the Supreme Administrative Court is final and absolute, leaving no possibility for challenge or revocation of any other decision.
