Khaberni - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced the soft launch of the 12th Government Services Center in Rusaifa, in a new step within its ongoing efforts to expand the range of unified government services and facilitate citizens' access to them with higher quality and efficiency.
In its initial phase, the center offers 149 government services in cooperation with 26 governmental institutions, saving citizens time and effort and reducing the need for multiple referrals between different agencies, by completing their transactions in one place with a modern and organized service environment.
The opening of the Rusaifa Center is part of the ministry’s plan to enhance digital transformation and develop the service recipient experience through centers that rely on simplifying procedures, improving citizen satisfaction levels, and providing integrated services that combine in-person and digital channels, in line with government directions to improve public sector efficiency and expand the scope of service inclusion across various provinces.
The Ministry confirmed that the soft launch aims to test operational readiness and ensure the highest quality standards before the full launch, inviting citizens in the area to take advantage of the available services and provide their feedback for continuous performance improvement.
The center, located at the branching off Yajouz Street near the Rusaifa Police Directorate, represents a significant addition to the network of government service centers across the Kingdom, through which the ministry aims to embed the concept of service nearest to citizens and provide a smooth and quick experience that meets community needs efficiently and professionally.
