Khaberni - The Wasim Regional Center said that the Middle East is on the brink of a series of relatively long atmospheric depressions accompanied by large quantities of rain, with speculations of the area being affected by a polar wave, which may lead to a sharp drop in temperatures and noticeable wind activity.
The center indicated that Greece and Turkey will be affected from the middle to the end of next week by a strong and long polar wave, resulting in severe storms and active winds, with these cold air masses gradually approaching the Levant with an expected direct impact around mid-month and thereafter.
