Khaberni - The head of the committee overseeing the elections of the Jordanian Artists' Union, Hussein Al-Khatib, announced this evening, Friday, the names of the winners of the membership of the Actors' Union Council during the elections that took place at the Royal Cultural Center, with the participation of 324 members of the general body.
Mohammed Al-Majali won in the acting profession category after receiving 152 votes, and Suheir Fahad, who received 117 votes, in the directing profession category Firas Al-Masri 135 votes, and Ali Rababa 135 votes, in the musical performance category Rami Shafiq 154 votes, and Dr. Mohammed Wasef 134 votes, in the musical composition and arrangement category Dhargham Bishnaq 187 votes, and Dr. Nidal Nusairat 147 votes, and in the technical profession category Sharif Asfour won after receiving 168 votes, and Mohammed Marashdeh for receiving 141 votes.
Later, Al-Khatib announced the victory of Hani Al-Jaraj as the head of the artists' union for the upcoming term of two years.
