Khaberni - A new document among the group of documents related to the case of the late American billionaire and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein revealed his attempt to purchase one of the palaces of the former Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak.
The documents, recently released by the U.S. Department of Justice, contain an email sent by Epstein himself to his lawyer inquiring about the possibility of purchasing one of the palaces owned by the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
The document, which is a picture of an email message, shows that the message was sent on December 14, 2012, about a year after Mubarak left his position, which apparently motivated Jeffrey Epstein, to inquire about the possibility of purchasing one of them.
The document does not mention any actual response from the lawyer, nor whether an offer was actually made or rejected, nor any subsequent negotiations.
The new group of documents published by the U.S. Department of Justice last Friday regarding Epstein's files, which include 3 million documents related to the convicted sex offender who was found hanged inside his cell in the United States in 2019, in addition to 2,000 video clips and 180,000 pictures, reveal shocking details related to influential political and economic figures.
The American criminal Jeffrey Epstein (1953–2019) was a wealthy American investor convicted in 2008 of trafficking minors for sex, and was sentenced to only 13 months in prison with the possibility of daily work release, and was re-arrested in 2019 on more serious charges, and died in his cell in August 2019 under circumstances that caused widespread controversy.
